Purim is a lively time at EMJC. This year, we held our annual Drum Circle, at which Cantor Levine told the Purim story in rhyme and the rest of us (adults and children) accompanied him with specific drum beats for each character. The Room J Circle players enacted the story in Hebrew, as instructed by Moran Ben-Shaul Lantner. Here are the pictures. Many thanks to Rabbi Carl, Cantor Levine, Ben Lapidus and the drummers.
