An Evening of Ladino Music

Ladino, the language of Sephardic Jewry, developed a rich folk music tradition. Born in Spain and carried throughout the world following the expulsion of 1492, that music found a new home at the East Midwood Jewish Center on Saturday evening, November 18th, as Club Oasis presented S'huenyos de Espanya – An Evening of Ladino Music.
