Peggy Siciliano has been a certified Zumba and Jazzercise instructor for more than 15 years. Zumba incorporates salsa, merengue, mambo and hip hop with aerobic movements. It is a lot of fun and is good for you, both mentally and physically. $120 for 8 classes or $15 per class; $100 for EMJC members.
